Cut the ahi tuna in cubes and place in a large bowl.
In a another bowl whisk together the soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sesame seeds and garlic. Pour over the tuna and toss until the tuna is well coated.
Stir in green onion and red onions. Cover the bowl and allow it to marinate for 20 minutes. Serve with cucumber slices or rice.
