Season pork chops with salt and black pepper or your desired seasonings.
Place them in a baking dish and then place in the oven for 30 minutes.
While in the oven, in a pan over medium heat, place oil.
Once oil is heated, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until are translucent.
Once done add creole sauce to the pan, adjust seasoning if needed.
Remove pork chops from the oven, pour the creole sauce over them.
Return to the oven and cook for another 30 or until pork chops are fork tender.
Serve with rice.
