Place steak slices and Mongolian marinade in a Ziploc bag. Allow to marinate for 2 hours.
Place a heavy bottom pan over medium high heat. Once heated add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan.
Add the steak slices to the pan. Cooking in batches for 2-3 minutes. This allows the steak to have a nice char.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and cook the rest of the steak.
In a small pot heat water. Once boiling, allow broccoli to cook for 2 minutes, then place on the side.
Once all the steaks are cooked add them back to the pan along with broccoli. Stir 1/3 cup of the Mongolian sauce.
Serve immediately with rice if desired, garnished with green onion and toasted sesame seeds.
