Season the chicken breast with fajita seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper. Allow the chicken breast to marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside for 5 minutes.
Slice the chicken breast and set aside.
In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers. Cook until onions are translucent.
Add the chicken breast slices. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.
Serve with tortilla shells, guacamole, salsas, cheese and sour cream.
