In a separate pot of salted boiling water, add red beans and allow them to cook until tender.
In a large pan, saute diced peppers and onions until translucent and they start to caramelize.
Add seasonings and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Make sure they don’t burn.
Add ground meat and brown until just done.
Pour in the marinara sauce.
Bring to a simmer over medium low heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
Once done stir the bean into the chili. Allow to cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
