Heat oil to 350 degrees in a skillet or saucepan.
Do a taste test to incase you would like to adjust the seasoning in the batter.
Carefully place spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry for 3-4- minutes, or until the fritters are crisp and golden-brown. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
After removing them from the pan place on napkin to remove any excess oil.
