In a pot of boiling water, cook hot dogs for 7-10 minutes. Once done set aside.
In a bowl, mash avocado until smooth. Then add garlic, lime juice season with salt & black pepper to taste.
Place hot dogs in the bun, top them with a tablespoon sauerkraut and 1 table spoon of mayonnaise. Can be served with wedges.
