Squeeze 1 lime half over fish and marinate with ground spices mixed of your desire; with the another lime half, salt, thyme, parsley, bell peppers, onions for at least 1 hour.
In large skillet, heat oil. Once done pan sear the fish fillet on both sides for 5 minutes and set aside.
In the same large skillet, heat oil to sauté onions, bell peppers and garlic.
Add seasoned fish along with thyme, 2 cups creole sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt & black pepper if needed.
Serve with red beans & rice & plantain.
