Form the falafel mix into balls or patties.
Pour oil in a pot to a depth of 2-3 inches, enough to cover the falafel.
While the oil is heating place a paper towel on a sheet pan. This will help to collect the oil as it drains off of your falafel.
Once the oil is hot, drop the falafels in the pot for 2-3 minutes or until brown on both sides. Do not over crowd the pan.
Serve with tzatziki, hummus or pita bread.
