Ensure that the chicken is properly cleaned.
In a bag, place chicken and add seasonings. Rub the seasonings on the chicken and allow to marinate for at least an hour.
In a shallow bowl, place eggs and milk. Beat mixture until combined. Season with salt and
pepper. Stir to incorporate.
In a separate shallow bowl add flour.
In a deep pan pour in oil about 3 inches high. Heat to 350 degrees F.
Coat chicken; flour, egg, flour.
Be sure to dust off excess flour then gently place in the hot oil.
Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes each side depending on the size.
Remove from hot oil and let rest 10 minutes.
