Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Add water to the mixture to make a soft dough.
Knead and leave to sit for a half hour.
Cut out and make balls.
Leave balls to sit for 10 minutes.
Add oil to deep fry bake in a pan and heat on medium high heat.
When hot, lower heat to medium-low.
Flatten to the desired size balls
Fry until brown.
