In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, garlic, honey, rice vinegar and flour.
Season fish white salt & black pepper. Use the sauce to marinate the fish.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sear fish on each side for about 2-3 minutes each.
Remove the fish from the pan, then add the pineapple chunks stir for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro. (optional)
