Rinse squid in cold water, Pat dry with paper towel.
Place a nonstick pan over high heat. Once hot, sear the squid for 2 minutes.
Once cooked, rinse in cold to properly cool. Drain well.
Then place in a medium bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, crushed red peppers and ginger paste. Toss until combine.
Garnish with chopped scallions.
