In a pan over medium, heat oil. Once hot, saute onions, bell pepper, garlic until translucent.
Once done add jalapeño, ground beef, ras el hanout. Allow to cook until ground beef is fully cook then stir in the tomato paste. Cook for 10 minutes, season with salt and black pepper.
While the ground beef mixture is cooking, in a pan over medium heat, brush the pan with oil. Heat the pita breads until golden brown.
Once done, add the ground beef mixture to the pita breads. This can be served with lettuce if desired.
