Season pork with jerk paste, salt and black pepper. Place in a tightly sealed container and rest in the fridge for 2 hours to allow it to marinate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and place pork pieces on baking tray.
Bake about 30 minutes uncovered until brown and tender.
Serve with steamed cabbage, festival, rice and peas.
