Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add milk and butter to dry mix until you get a soft dough.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
In a greased 9" pan place dough and spread out to the edges of the pan. Stick with a fork a few times.
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with a bowl of your favourite souse or stew.
