In pot of boiling water, place the lobster meat. Allow to cook for 5-6 minutes.
In a separate, smaller bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, salt & black pepper.
Chop cooked lobster meat and add it to the mayonnaise mixture. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Brush both sides of the roll with butter. Allow both sides to toast in a pan.
Place lobster meat in the rolls.
