In medium bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, and garlic. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Place pork chops in bowl, cover and set in the fridge to marinate for 45 minutes.
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place on the grill to cook for 10-12 minutes on each side or until to preferred cooking temperature. Set aside and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
