Slice steak and vegetables; set aside in separate containers to avoid cross contamination.
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, corn starch, brown sugar and spices; pour over steak and allow to marinate for at least an hour.
Mix glaze ingredients together and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes in 1 tablespoon of the oil. Remove and set aside.
Heat another tablespoon of oil in the skillet. Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes or until brown.
Once all of the steak is seared, add the vegetable back into the pan and toss with the glaze.
Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
