In a bowl, season the chicken breast with garlic, cumin paprika, oregano, lime juice, salt & black pepper. Allow the chicken breast to marinate for an hour.
Once the chicken breast is marinaded, heat a grill or pan over medium heat.
When the grill or pan is hot, cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on both sides or until chicken is properly cooked.
Lastly, slice the chicken breast and serve with aji pepper sauce. This dish can be served with rice or vegetables if desired.
