In a pot or fryer, bring oil to 325 degrees F.
Oil hands and and form falafel mix into small balls (the size of golf balls). Drop them in fryer and let fry for 3 to 5 minutes (constantly turning in the process).
Once the falafel balls have turned a crispy brown color they are good to come out.
Let cool and serve warm on your choice of salad or by itself.
