Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 425 degrees.
Generously grease the muffin pans.
Fill each half full. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the heat to 350 degrees. Once done don't open the oven.
The popovers should rise, be light and fluffy.
Serve with jam or apple butter.
