In a pan (big enough where the poppadums can fit) over medium. Heat enough oil to deep fry the poppadums.
The poppadums will crisped up instantly in the hot oil, becoming light and crispy.
Once crispy, remove from the pan. Place on hand towel to remove excess oil.
