Season steaks with fajita seasoning, salt and black pepper.
In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add butter and sear the steaks 4-5 minutes on both sides.
Remove from the pan, allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steaks and set aside.
In the same pan, add oil. Saute onions and bell peppers until onions are translucent.
Add steaks, adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with tortilla shells, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, salsas and cilantro lime rice.
