Season porkchops with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Let sit.
Preheat a frying pan to medium high heat. Drizzle with oil.
Place pork chops in frying pan and cook on each side for 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and place in a plate for later use.
In the same pan add the 3 tbsp oil and place onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and pepper flakes in.
Cook until translucent.
Add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour water into pan (enough to cover pork chops) and stir contents together.
Place pork chops in steam gravy. Water should be just above the meat.
Bring pan to a boil for 10 minutes and turn to medium low heat and allow to simmer until pork is tender.
Serve and enjoy.
