Showman is a family.
They work together. They have fun together. They support each other, inside and outside of the kitchen…
It takes a lot of planning, manpower, hard work, and passion to bring all of Showman’s many projects to fruition. In the past year alone, the Showman family has steadily expanded to include some of the best and brightest minds that the country has to offer. And, that expansion has also included building partnerships with many Bahamian small businesses.
Over the years, Chef Romero Dorsette has always been committed to buying locally, and supporting other small business owners, whenever possible. He understood, first hand, that supporting entrepreneurs means supporting their dreams, their vision, and his community, directly.
From artists, designers, and carpenters, to farmers, decorators, and printers (just to name a few), it took a village to bring the Showman Restaurant to life. The small touches, like the individual style, talent, and creativity of the companies who worked along with the Showman family, can be seen in the attention to detail throughout the restaurant. Be it the hand painted murals, burnt wood coasters, or intricate floral displays, there is nothing generic about each carefully crafted detail.
LIKE THE WORK, SUPPORT THE SMALL BUSINESS: A big thank you to all of the small businesses who made the Showman Restaurant what it is. If you like their work, be sure to check them out.

DID YOU KNOW… Most of the initial renovations made to The Showman eBistro Headquarters were completed by Showman team members, or their family and friends. Chef Romero believes in supporting the talents and business ventures of his team members, and if a project comes up, he will recruit within whenever possible.
